My love for hair started in 2007. I was in college for art with hair down to my waist that I was not attached to at all. I had a friend in cosmetology school who wanted to fulfill her dream of chopping off someone’s hair and creating a pixie cut from scratch. So naturally I said, “let's do it!"

Since then I have been experimenting with my own hair and anyone else who would let me! I absolutely love the creative aspect of cutting, coloring and styling hair. Cutting over eleven inches of my hair back then was incredibly transformative and I hope to help others feel as happy and confident as my friend made me feel.
